David Forbes, an electrical engineer from Tuscon, Arizona, has developed a way to mix fashion and technology by creating a shirt packed with LEDs that transforms into a walking tv.
Forbes first bulit a coat in 2009 after receiving a surplus of LED displays, which he now calls "the world's worst televsion," as it was a 50 lb all-red screen. He then expanded on his first developments to create a lighter version with better quality.
The coat has since been trimmed down to two comfortable shirts, which hold the iPod circuit on the right shoulder, which pumps out 5 gigabits of data onto his chest. Thanks to lithium-polymer batteries the shirt is given 90 minutes of playtime.
